William S. Harps, MAI has 47 years experience as an appraiser and consultant. He served as President of the Washington Board of Realtors in 1977, was Realtor of the Year in 1981 and was National President of the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers in 1981. He was awarded the Martin Eisen Award in 1986 for service to the community by a member of the Washington D.C. Association of Realtors.
Richard R. Harps, MAI has 19 years experience as an appraiser and consultant. He was 1985 President of the Washington D.C. Association of Realtors and was a member of the Executive Committee of NAR for 1986 and 1987. He was Realtor of the Year in 1988 and was Chairman of the Housing Committee of the Legislative Committee of NAR in 1989.
